CHRISTMAS BAZZARR AT BOYN HILL SCHOOL!!!

I was waiting for this day for the past month, and when it came, it passed so quickly.
I just love these kind of events where I get to meet so many people and children and to see their faces light up when they reach my stall. 1 cupcake please....no 2 cupcakes...oh oh...this one too. I just love it.

Today I had 3 new flavours - Orange Cream Cupcake, Chocolate Love Cupcake & Banana Cream Cupcake. They went like hot cakes and my other ones too as they are favorites as well. Coffee Cream, Mint Buttercream, Strawberry Top and Lovely Plain Buttercream Cupcakes. See for yourself....

The place was crowded with people...I could see everyone as my stall was in the corner...

Oh! By the way...Those bags at the back...are made by my friend Beth. She has the most amazing hand in craft. Those are around 20 beautiful Crocheted bags by her....even the lining inside is hand stitched. I have never seen such a tidy hand, it looks like its stitched by machine and its not very expensive either. Love all her stuff. MY NEW FLAVORS

Hi Guys!
I have been so so busy with work and home and baking and stalls that I just cant get enough time to update my blog.
On the 19th of November 2010 I was on a mission to bake two flavours of cupcakes that my hubby did not taste(made by me). He always complains about how I bake for everyone but him....So I did.....
I'm not a very good photographer but its an attempt :)

#1 - CHOCOLATE TOFFEE FUDGE CUPCAKE

Hubby dear could not wait until I finished my photography...He stole a bite...
His words - "I cant believe that you have made this! No no, it is impossible. So moist, so fudggy, so perfect. Did you really make this?"
And there goes my effort down the drain.....hmmmm...but it was really amazing. We finished it all.

#2 - CARROT CUPCAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

My all time favorite...I would indulge in one of these every night if I could....They are so delicious.
So mission successful...and got to have two varieties in one day.....Aaahhhh....blisssssss.
