FLOTIF (flower & motif) Wedding Cake

I couldn't get a better name for this cake (or my mind stopped working) so I thought Flotif would be good. After all it does have flowers and motifs ;)

I love the color blue....its bright and gives the whole cake a charm. So I went ahead with white and gold to enhance its beauty.

It did take me a lot of time to do this cake as it was all hand made (one by one). Nothing here is ready made.

So here is the outcome :D

Utrolig Swiss Roll with Strawberries and Cream Cheese.

The lovely thing about swiss rolls is the formation, the colors and the yummy taste. I loved making this only because it was different to make and looked tempting. See for yourselves....
